These are HO train sized building and have been laser cut from 1.8mm plywood and 2mm acrylic for the windows where supplied.
This is a unpainted Flat kit and will need assembly with glue. Glue and paint are NOT included. Tweezers would be useful during assembly :-)
Some light sanding maybe required.
Assembly booklet is included.
